Our forward movement has been varied in its audience, experiences, and world-views. We have been fortunate for this and are motivated by using our own personal and professional skills to make change in this world.

We have worked in the private, public, and academic platforms and seek always to humanize, and harmonize the environments within. We are well aware that we all face obstacles, and barriers and sometimes we cannot do it alone. We all have a part to play in the systems that we operate under today. No human left behind.

Our movement has intersected with Indigenous communities, municipalities, corporations, academic organizations, and not-for-profit volunteers. Decades supporting people of colour achieving leadership milestones, and mentoring new learners and future leaders. We practice humility and a holistic point of view. Our hearts, mind and arms are open and that is how we move forward.
